We cooperate with top shipping companies such as FedEX or DHL.

Once your order has been successfully cleared, we try to make sure your package is safely dispatched within three to five business days timeframe (excepting holidays). However, if your package delays more than the standard timeframe, please email us: postmaster@brazilianhairnew.com.


About Shipping Address

1. We don’t dispatch to PO.BOX shipping addresses.

2. You can modify the shipping addresses within max. 24 hours following the order placement.

3. You must notify us of any shipping address changes via Whatsapp or E-mail.


About Returns and Exchange

If you are not pleased with our products for any reason, you can send them back. Please contact us before you make the return. Altered, damaged or used hair products (washed, brushed, cut, picked or combed) are not covered by this return and exchange policy.
